Trainee Solicitors

Please be aware that all placements for 2017 have been filled.

Fosters operates an award winning 3 year Training Contract. This offers Trainee Solicitors the opportunity to gain real experience in a number of departments. The recruitment of Trainees is a rolling programme, with applications reviewed throughout the year. Fosters have a long term approach to the recruitment of Trainee Solicitors, with a significant number of current Partners having trained within the firm.

Work Experience

Law Degree Students:

We are pleased to announce that Fosters has formed a partnership with the UEA Law School to further develop the work experience placements that we are able to offer to students studying law.

Please note that our work experience scheme is fully subscribed this year and we are therefore unable to accept any further applications.

18+ Students:

We are pleased to continue to support and offer work experience placements to students who are 18 years and over. We have three placements available throughout the year for a maximum of five working days, which are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

All our work experience placements for 2017 are fully subscribed and we are therefore unable to take application for this year.

Organisation for work experience placements for 2018 begins on 1st September 2017. Please do not enquire before this date.

Recruitment Opportunities

Our hard working, friendly residential conveyancing team are looking to appoint colleagues for both our Norwich and Wymondham departments as a result of careful expansion. If you are committed to excellent client care, team working and case management systems, we have the following positions:

Legal Assistant

Experience in residential conveyancing is required.

Office Administrator

This is a varied role requiring good IT/keyboard skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. No previous experience required as full training will be provided. Initiative and enthusiasm will be essential.

New Business / first client contact

Good telephone manner and people skills essential. Good computer IT/keyboard skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. No previous experience required as full training will be provided. Initiative and enthusiasm will be essential.

All positions are full time. Full training on our systems and protocols will be provided. These positions will be closed on offer, please apply as soon as possible.
