| For some of the work we do, we offer
a fixed fee. |

| This means we will agree a limit
with you at the start of the transaction and agree the
work that we can do for you. |
|
| This is usually used for Residential
Property, Wills and some litigation work, eg debt. |
|
| If you require initial advice on
whether a matter can or should be pursued further then
Fixed Fee would be appropriate. We would discuss our
charges in advance of the first meeting. |
|
| Occasionally, if the work is more
complex or takes longer than we expected, we may have
to revise our fees but we would always give you plenty
of notice and discuss the matter with you in advance.
