| Since ‘no win, no fee’
was first introduced in 1995, Fosters has used this
unique way of funding to pursue and win cases for our
clients. |
 |
| ‘No win, no fee’ can
be used to bring most litigation claims (excluding family),
but is particularly suitable for personal injury, clinical
negligence, employment and general litigation matters.
|
 |
| Provided we believe there is a winnable
claim, we will agree to work for nothing and a policy
of insurance (which we will arrange) covers you against
paying your opponent’s costs if you are unsuccessful.
In most circumstances the insurance policy is free to
you. |
 |
| Using 'No Win, No Fee' means we really
are paid by results. |
