| Public Funding (commonly called legal
aid) is available in various forms to allow us to work
for you. |

| We always discuss eligibility for
public funding at our first meeting and if you qualify
we will help you complete the application forms. |
|
| It is important to remember that
it is not necessarily free. |
|
| In its most basic form, we will be
able to give you advice and write letters or make telephone
calls on your behalf. |
|
| If the work warrants it, we can apply
for a full legal aid certificate enabling us to act
for you at Court, if need be. |
|
| Any contribution you are asked to
make will be on a monthly basis making it easier to
budget. |
