How We Work For You
Many firms make much of the standards they aspire to. At Fosters we lead and others follow.
Our key standards include:
Replying to letters from you within two days.
Returning ‘phone calls the same day where possible or the following day at the latest.
Offering you appointments at a time convenient to you, including appointments out of the usual office hours.
When the work requires it, seeing you at home or in hospital.
Not keeping you waiting when you have an appointment.
Fosters is one of the few firms to have a dedicated client care department who, on the rare occasions when we get it wrong, will investigate and report back to you on any concerns within a set timescale.
