Important Information
If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome once your concerns have been reviewed as part of our complaint procedure, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint. The Legal Ombudsman contact details are as follows:
