Our Crime department have been noted as having "a stellar reputation for defending criminal cases both in East Anglia and nationwide." Its cases include the acquittal of nurses charged with assault at large NHS hospitals, care homes and mental health institutions.
Chris Brown, Head of our Crime & Defence department, has been noted as a "leading light in the market", while higher court advocate, Damien Moore, has been noted as a leading individual in East Anglia.

Stephen Green leads the Personal Injury department, an Association of Personal Injury Lawyers senior litigator who has been on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel for more than 20 years.

Stephen Green leads the practice and has more than 20 years' experience in medical negligence claims against hospitals, GPs and the Ambulance Service. Fosters has experienced growth with the hire of "highly-rated associate and APIL-accredited litigator", David Gabell, who brings specialist expertise in gynaecology, fertility, orthopaedic and general surgery claims.
