Vacancy: Residential Conveyancing Team (Norwich)
Fri, 25th June 2010 at 13:50 by Heather Brown

We have a vacancy for an experienced conveyancer to support the main fee earner and work as part of a team in an open plan environment, dealing with mostly freehold and leasehold sales and purchases although some knowledge and experience of re-mortgages and transfer of equity would be an advantage.

The ideal person must be able to self produce work and be familiar with case management systems (although this is not essential) and have an excellent telephone manner. We are looking for someone who has a methodical approach and the confidence to deal with clients, estate agents and third parties with ease as well as providing cover for the main fee earner whilst they are away from the office. The ability to be able to work under pressure and take instructions, whilst remaining calm in a very busy environment is essential. Able to use their own initiative and with good attention to detail, this is a role that would suit a paralegal or very experienced Residential PA who is looking for a new challenge and career development.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your CV via e-mail to Heather Brown at hbrown@fosters-solicitors.co.uk, or via post to Heather Brown, Fosters Solicitors, William House, 19 Bank Plain, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 4FS.

The closing date for this post is 2 July 2010
