This week is Dying Matters Awareness Week (14 - 20 May 2018), a week set aside to encourage people to talk openly about dying, death and bereavement. Throughout Dying Matters Awareness Week, events and activities are being held up and down the country to raise awareness about end of life issues.
The Dying Matters Awareness Week theme for this year is 'What Can You Do?' How can you prepare yourself and your loved ones? Dying Matters encourages people to actively make plans and tackle subjects that many find difficult such as making a Will, Lasting Power of Attorney, planning care arrangements and funeral wishes.
People shouldn't be afraid to ask for help or to offer help. At Fosters we have a specialist Wills, Trust and Probate team who can help. By drafting Wills and arranging your Lasting Powers of Attorneys you have the peace of mind in knowing that your affairs are in order for your loved ones.
Every minute someone in the UK dies, but many of us still do not feel comfortable talking about dying. Talking more openly about dying can help you to make the most of life and to support loved ones.
If you would like to arrange for a Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney, please call our Norwich Solicitors on 01603 620508 or email us using the contact form.
