Fosters Raise Over £4,000 For Local Charities In 2016 During 2nd Annual Charity Will Month Scheme

Following the success of our Charity Will Month Scheme in 2015 we decided to run the scheme again throughout November 2016.

In return for a suggested minimum donation clients old and new were offered the opportunity to make a new Will or update their existing Will, with Fosters' lawyers giving their time completely free of charge.

We had a busy and successful campaign writing over 30 Wills and raising over £4,000 plus gift aid from those clients who are taxpayers. The money raised will be shared between five local charities:

  • Leeway
  • East Coast Hospice
  • Nelsons Journey
  • Equal Lives
  • Emmanuel Pre School (Rainbow Garden Project)

Together, these charities help hundreds of young, elderly, disabled and terminally ill people in our region every year and the money raised will support them in their ongoing work.

We would like to thank everyone who used us during our Charity Will Month Scheme and who helped to contribute towards this fantastic total.

We look forward to running the Scheme again in 2017.
