Tracy Guest
Tracy qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and specialises in all aspects of company and commercial law including partnership matters, licensing, employment and intellectual property.

In addition to her first law degree, she has a Masters degree in Business Law.

An active member of the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society, she also enjoys boating on the Norfolk Broads and walking.

Rachel Appleton
Rachel undertook her training contract with Fosters and qualified in 2004. She now specialises in commercial property acting for both landlords and tenants.

She spent a year travelling around Australia before starting her training contract and worked for the Australian Government Solicitor in Melbourne and Sydney.

In her spare time Rachel is a season ticket holder at Norwich City Football Club and enjoys going to the cinema and eating out.

Paul Palik
Paul qualified into the Company & Commercial Department, having previously worked within the Family and Property & Probate Departments. He has a particular interest in and knowledge of licensing law.

Paul is also taking part in the Law Mentor Scheme run in association with the University of East Anglia, where he assists law students to gain an understanding of private practice.

Out of work he enjoys, watching and coaching sport and following Norwich City Football Club.

Andrew Saul
Andrew is the firms Managing Partner having qualified as a solicitor in 1980. He is a trained commercial mediator.

Fosters commercial mediation service helps parties to resolve disputes in a way which preserves business relationships. It can be quicker and a lot more cost effective than litigation.
