Iain
McClay
Originally from Yorkshire, Iain joined Fosters
upon qualifying as a solicitor in 1992 and
is a Partner and Head of the Family Law Department.
Iain specialises in all
areas of family work, particularly the financial
consequences of divorce. He is a member of
both the Law Society’s Family Law Panel
and Children Panel.
Outside of work, he is
a keen golfer and avid supporter of Norwich
City Football Club.
Lucy
Simpson
Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 1999, is
a Partner in the firm and Deputy Head of the
Family Law Department.
Lucy carries out a wide
range of family work, including divorce and
related financial issues, disagreements about
arrangements for children, domestic violence
injunctions and childcare work.
She brings a particularly
caring, child centred and sensitive approach
to the work she undertakes.
Rosemary
Schumm
Rosie is currently working within Fosters
Family Law Department as a trainee solicitor. She runs her own case load and works closely
with Lucy Simpson.
Rosie has been involved
in amateur dramatics for a number of years
and is a regular member of the ladies 5-aside
soccer team.
Gavin
Scott
Gavin joined Fosters following its merger
with the long established firm of Russell
Steward in July 2001. He qualified as a solicitor
in 2003 and specialises in divorce and disputes
concerning children.
Gavin is from the Norfolk
area and when not at work is a keen sportsman
particularly enjoying squash.
Carol
McGuinness
Carol hales from Dublin and trained with Fosters,
qualifying as a solicitor in 2004 and specialising
in all areas of family law.
Outside work, Carol ran
her first marathon in New York in 2003, raising
over £3,500 for charity. Her other interests
include travel and reading.
Chris Fielding
Chris joined the firm in September 2005 as a
paralegal and will commence as a trainee
solicitor in September 2006. He works
with Iain McClay.
Elizabeth
Blenkinsop
Elizabeth works with Richard Dilks assisting
him with his busy case load, having joined
the firm in May 2006.
Laura Brown
Laura is currently working with Iain McClay,
having joined the firm in Summer 2006.
Laura Hill
Laura joined the firm in July 2006 and
is now working closely with Lucy Simpson.
Maeve Heaney
Maeve is currently working as a Paralegal
assisting Carol McGuinness with her varied
Family case load.
