Stephen Green
Stephen is a Partner and Head of the Litigation & Employment Department having qualified as a solicitor in 1991.
He specialises in property based litigation.

 		  

Kerry Joan-Law
Kerry is a specialist litigator who has acted on multi million pound corporate disputes ranging from multi litigant dilapidations/renewal claims, through to intellectual property matters. Kerry also advises and litigates on restraint of trade issues, telecommunications, land and shipping contracts, European and world wide contractual claims and cross jurisdictional disputes. Kerry is the Deputy Head of the Litigation department.
Kerry has also dealt with high profile employment claims having both defended substantial plc's and litigated in the Public sector in multi party tribunal claims. Kerry also advises on redundancy and compromise agreements, employment law changes and drafting contracts.
Venetia Hansion
Venetia is a solicitor within the Litigation & Employment department.  Her specialisms include property disputes, contested probate matters and landlord and tenant litigation.  
She previously worked within the Personal Injury Law and Property Departments.
She has lived in Norwich since 1983 and regards it as home.  Her interests include gardening, reading and walking.
Gillian Scott
Gillian joined Fosters at the end of 2005 to lead the debt recovery and enforcement team. She brings 25 years experience of this work and has been consistently recognised as a leader in her field by the Legal 500.
In her own time she recently, successfully opposed a planning application, co-ordinating the objections of 130 local residents.
Vivian Duffield
Vivian has worked within the law for over 40 years and works closely with Gillian Scott in acting for clients seeking to recover debts and to enforce judgments.
In her spare time, she is an expert in rifle shooting, having represented England at international level.
