Who's Who
Mediation Department:
Catherine Iliff
A Partner in Fosters and head of our Mediation team, Cathy is described as a ‘leader in her field’ in the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2003/2004.
Her background as a family lawyer for 22 or so years has stood her in good-stead in her current mediation practice where she has over 12 years experience.
Many solicitors refer their clients to Cathy because of her reputation as a mediator, wide legal knowledge and skills in bringing apparently irreconcilable opponents together.
