Who's Who
Residential Property Department:

Trent Hobden

Trent heads the Residential Property department and brings 20 years experience to this area of law.  He has been at the forefront of anticipating the large scale changes that conveyancing has seen in the last five years.  He has established links with many fellow professionals and is well known within the property field.
Rebecca Andrews
Rebecca has worked within property for over five years and is currently part way through her ILEX examinations.  She is a senior member of the team and handles a large number of transactions at any one time.
Kirsty Alexander-Bew
Kirsty has nearly ten years experience in residential property and, having successfully completed her legal executive examinations, was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2003.
Kirsty is one of the few lawyers to have worked in Norwich, Bungay and Wymondham offices and it is testimony to her knowledge and skills that many of her clients have followed her as she has moved offices.
In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, playing badminton and reading.
Michael Armstrong
Michael celebrated his 40th year in practice in 2004 and is based at our Wymondham office where he specialises in residential property.
A keen cinema fan, he has created a mini replica of the (now closed) Wymondham Regal Cinema in his garage with all proceeds from the showing of old films going to various local charities. For this he was awarded the Wymondham Civic Award for services to the community.
As a result of his local knowledge and high profile within Wymondham many of Michael’s clients come to him through recommendation.
Margaret Lake
Margaret works at our Wymondham office and specialises in residential conveyancing.
She is known amongst her clients for her efficient service and attention to detail and many of her clients come back to her on a regular basis or recommend her to others.
Away from the office, she enjoys listening to traditional Jazz, Ceroc dancing, travel and gardening.

Amanda Wright
Amanda has moved into a fee earning role within the department with her own client case load, following wide experience gained as an assistant.  In her own time she is also studying for the Institute of Licensed Conveyancers qualification.

Jill Leggoe
Jill has recently returned to the law, after a career break.  Having made rapid progress since joining the department, she is now a lawyer in her own right and is assisted by Matthew Nickols.

Matthew Nickols
Matt joined Fosters as a Paralegal in September 2006 and is also concurrently undertaking the part time Legal Practice Course.
Paul Copeland
Paul is the first point of contact that clients wishing to buy, sell or transfer property, have with Fosters. He handles all quotations and is also the main liaison between the department and professional introducers.
Stuart Williams
Stuart joined Fosters as a paralegal in 2004 following 10 years as a professional actor. Stuart has now started his training contract and following time in the Family Law Department has now joined our Residential team.
