A graduate of the University of St Andrews, Rachel did a Masters Degree in French Literature at Trinity College Oxford, before completing her Law Conversion course and LPC and qualifying as a Solicitor at London firm, Herbert Smith Freehills. After two years she decided to specialise in Personal Injury and joined DAC Beachcroft, a stone's throw from the Royal Courts of Justice where she was a frequent Advocate in ancillary matters.

Following the birth of her son, Rachel left private practice and taught for four years on the LPC and LLB before moving to Norwich (her husband's home city). Rachel brings her extensive experience to Fosters Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department where she assists Stephen Green with clinical negligence and industrial disease claims.

Outside work, Rachel spends most of her time with her family, but given a free moment likes to try her hand at interior design, bidding at auctions or going out for afternoon tea.
