Non Legal Staff

Trainee Solicitors
Fosters operates an award winning 3 year Training Contract. This offers Trainee Solicitors the opportunity to gain real experience in a number of departments. The recruitment of Trainees is a rolling programme, with applications reviewed throughout the year. Fosters have a long term approach to the recruitment of Trainee Solicitors, with a significant number of current Partners having trained within the firm.

Work Experience
Work Experience for Law Degree Students:
We are pleased to announce that Fosters has formed a partnership with the UEA Law School to further develop the work experience placements that we are able to offer to students studying law. We anticipate that the new scheme will be in place for Summer 2013 and look forward to developing this relationship further.
Please note that our work experience scheme is fully subscribed for 2012 and we are therefore unable to accept any further applications for this year.
High School Students:
We are pleased to continue to support High School Students in work experience placements for students aged 15+. We have three placements available throughout the year for a maximum of five working days, which are allocated on a first come first served basis
Please note that due to some of the content of the work undertaken at Fosters, work experience roles offered to High School students will be strictly administrative, working within our Reception Team, Communications Team, Cashiers Team and Facilities Team.
All our work experience placements for 2012 are fully subscribed and we are therefore unable to take application for this year.
