Led by our Solicitor-Advocate Damien Moore, we will assess your needs and the benefits to be obtained from a tailored in-house advocacy service, which is principally offered by way of private funding, but in some instances will be available to those in receipt of Legal Aid.

 In-house advocacy has a number of benefits, including access to your advocate at every stage of your case, from the police station investigation through to representation in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.
