You have the right to free legal advice if you are questioned at a police station.
To access the free expert advice we provide, all you need to do if under arrest, is inform the police that you wish to be represented by Fosters and arrangements will be made for us to attend and assist you. Or, alternatively, if the police invite you to attend an interview on a voluntary basis simply call us in advance of that interview and we will make the arrangements to attend to represent you.
