Legal aid (or public funding as it was previously known) is only available in extremely limited circumstances, subject to your income and the merits of your case. We can advise you as to whether or not you are eligible at your initial contact with us.
If you are not eligible for legal aid, you can instruct us on a private basis. We believe our rates are extremely reasonable and represent good value for money. If circumstances are tight, we are always happy to consider how we can assist, perhaps, by way of payment in instalments or another payment plan.
