The Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department at Fosters Solicitors has once again attained a highly sought after Tier 2 rating in the Legal 500 East Anglia region for Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
The firm is one of only four across Norfolk and Suffolk to be included in the top tiers for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work.
The Legal 500 describes the 'highly experienced team at Fosters' as having a track record of 'achieving significant sums of settlement for clients across Norfolk and Suffolk'.
Head of Department, Stephen Green, and Consultant Ian Comer were noted for having "vast experience between them" with both holding Headway panel accreditation.
Associate Barry Grogan was also recommended having settled several high-value cases including a fatality claim.
