We wanted to take a moment to further update our clients, fellow professionals and partners in the community about our continued response to COVID-19.
In light of this ongoing health emergency, we want to reassure our clients that we remain accessible and fully prepared to provide legal advice and support across all our practice areas.
However, our first priority must be the health and well-being of clients, colleagues and all in our communities, and we are following the government guidelines to help ensure everybody's safety.
Behind the scenes we have implemented a business continuity plan that allows for remote working, but also for all of us to be contacted in all of the usual ways - landlines, emails and mobile phones, as well as introducing online meeting facilities. We can offer meetings via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime as well as other recognised formats.
If you are an existing client you can contact your lawyer in the usual way, they remain available by email or phone in the first instance.

In respect to the government guidelines, we would ask people not to visit our offices without prior appointment and to use the communication methods outlined above. However, we can assure clients that all post and document deliveries to our Norwich, Lowestoft and Wymondham offices are being checked daily, Monday to Friday.
