Job: Apprentice Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an apprentice to join our friendly, efficient Reception team based in our Norwich branch, who will also provide support to our branch office reception teams in Lowestoft and Wymondham.

As an apprentice, you will be supported by our Head Receptionist with full training in the office environment, whilst also studying for a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification with City College Norwich. You will receive paid study leave during term times to attend college for the duration of the 18-month course.

This is a varied and client-facing role involving additional administrative duties, as well as dealing with clients and queries to the office, both in person and over the telephone.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be organised.
  • Confident in dealing with the general public, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Understands the importance of exceptional client care.
  • Can take a flexible approach to their role.
  • Work effectively using their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own transport.
