Job Vacancy: Maintenance Role

We are looking to recruit a new colleague to join our Facilities team to undertake the maintenance of our three offices in Norwich, Wymondham and Lowestoft.

This is a varied full-time role undertaking the maintenance of all our offices, to include the following:

  • Basic electrics (certification/qualifications required)
  • Painting and decorating
  • Carpentry
  • Grounds maintenance
  • General maintenance
  • Project management
  • Dilapidations
  • Refurbishments
  • PAT testing
  • Assessing fire risk

The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to ensure our offices are well-presented at all times, taking a proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that this work is carried out. We are looking for someone who is well organised with previous experience in the above areas, who enjoys working as part of a team but equally is self-motivated and confident to undertake work independently. You will need a current, clean driving licence and access to your own transport (mileage will be reimbursed).
