The following opportunity has arisen to join our Wills, Trusts and Probate team here at Fosters Solicitors.


Full-Time, Lowestoft

Fosters is an award-winning regional law firm which has recently moved to larger premises in Lowestoft and is looking to build on the opportunities available in this fast-growing town.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and conscientious Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor/Private Client Practioner to our highly-regarded team and to take the lead role in further developing this expanding area of work.

The ideal candidate will have five-plus years post-qualification experience, have achieved or be studying to achieve A STEP qualification and a proven track record in drafting wills, administering estates, drafting Lasting Power of Attorney and advising on estate planning. Setting up and administering Trusts and Court of Protection/Deputyship experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
