Trainee solicitor applications open

We are currently accepting applications from potential trainee solicitors looking to commence recognised periods of training in 2022 and 2023.

Our training programme sees successful candidates gain valuable, hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious work throughout the full service practice.

At Fosters, our training programme focuses on the professional development of capable and stand-out lawyers that can help us grow and develop the business.

Four of our partners at the firm started life at Fosters as trainees, with one such partner Chris Fielding currently overseeing the programme as Training Principal. He commented: "We take a different approach to the recruitment and development of trainee solicitors at Fosters. We look for remarkable candidates with a variety of raw skills, individuals we believe will complement our aspirations as a business. We hope to secure again in this year's round, next generation lawyers who are great colleagues, to become part of the significant growth we anticipate in the coming years."
