Fosters Announce Charity Will Month Success

Following on from Fosters past successful participation in the National Will Aid Scheme we decided to "go local" in 2015 and instead ran our own Charity Will Month Scheme throughout November.

In return for a suggested minimum donation clients old and new were offered the opportunity to make a new will or update their existing Will with Fosters lawyers giving their time completely free of charge.

We had a very busy and successful campaign writing over 50 wills and raising well over £5,000. The money raised will be shared between five local charities:

  • The Norfolk Hospice
  • Equal Lives
  • Suffolk Young Carers (operating under Suffolk Family Carers)
  • Nelsons Journey
  • BACT (Bungay & Beccles Area Community Transport)

Together, these charities help hundreds of elderly, young, disabled and terminally ill people in our region every year and the money raised will help them in their ongoing work.

We would like to thank all everyone who used us during our Charity Will Month Scheme and who helped to contribute towards this fantastic total.

We look forward to running the Scheme again in 2016.
