How Natalie can help you
Natalie has been working in employment law departments since beginning her legal career in 2015. She qualified as a solicitor in May 2020 and joined Fosters Solicitors in November 2023, having gained experience working for regional, national and high streets firms in Norfolk.
Due to the varied nature of the firm’s Natalie has worked at, she has had the opportunity to work with both larger scale businesses and smaller organisations and will tailor her approach based on the needs of the business. Natalie also has experience acting for claimants and respondents in the Employment Tribunal.
Natalie offers a compassionate approach to often sensitive and highly stressful situations for clients. She enjoys a varied workload, which offers her a different pace of work from day to day.
Natalie read law at Bournemouth University before transferring to Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. As part of her university degree, Natalie undertook a year’s placement at a national firm in Norwich. Natalie graduated with a 2:1 LLB honours degree and secured her first paralegal role in an employment team. Natalie then undertook the LPC part time at BPP in Cambridge, alongside full-time work.
Outside of work, Natalie can be found spending time with her children and animals, reading a good book or crafting.
