Amy is a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having begun working at Fosters over 15 years ago. She studied throughout her time working within the Crime and Defence Team, qualifying in 2009. She obtained her Accreditation as a Police Station Representative in 2011 and has dealt with interviews for those arrested for all types of offences, including Murder. In 2011, Amy took on the role of Head of Crown Court preparation.

Day to day Amy oversees our Crown Court cases, and has dealt with many high profiled cases throughout her career, including a successful defence of a "one punch" manslaughter, the acquittal of a defendant in the largest sexual offences case investigated by Norfolk Constabulary and the acquittal of a prison officer charged with conspiracy to commit Grievous Bodily Harm. She has also dealt with cases of murder, drugs conspiracies, firearms, high value fraud, historic sexual offences, and Appeals to the Court of Appeal.

Amy has a good working relationship with the barristers both locally and from London, which ensures that her clients are represented by those most suited to their case.
