Rachel joined Fosters in July 2011 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing her Degree in Law and Spanish at The University of Sheffield and spending her third year studying at the University of Valencia in Spain. Rachel undertook the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London and passed with Distinction. She joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department in July 2013 and qualified into the Department as a Solicitor in 2014.

Rachel has acquired extensive experience in Will writing, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of Estates, Court of Protection applications and advising on Inheritance Tax planning. Rachel has also undertaken the management of several Trusts. In December 2015 Rachel was awarded recognition as a Senior Associate of the firm.

Rachel was recommended in the 2019 Legal 500 publication.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys travelling, walking and singing. Rachel has a keen interest in languages and was raised bilingually by her parents; speaking both English and Italian. She later studied both Spanish and French.
