Katy graduated in 2012 with a degree in Law from the University of Exeter, having also studied European Law at University in France as the final year of her degree.

She joined Fosters in 2014 as a legal administrative assistant in the Residential Conveyancing department and started her training contract in April 2018. Her first seat was in Residential Conveyancing before gaining experience in our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department and then undertaking her final seat in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.

Katy also studied the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Cambridge at weekends whist undertaking her training contract.

She qualified as a solicitor in April 2020 and now works as part of our Commercial Property team.

In her spare time Katy enjoys travelling, and has previously completed a legal internship in Beijing and volunteered in Nicaragua. She is also a keen runner and enjoys taking part in the weekly Park Run and regular half marathon races.
