Rachel is a senior associate solicitor of the firm with extensive experience in will drafting, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and general estate planning.

Rachel offers a friendly, down to earth, professional service. She is here to help you with a range of life-time planning service, such as preparing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as specialist property, Inheritance Tax and trust advice.

She also offers a compassionate bereavement service for those who have lost someone important to them. Rachel is an affiliate member of STEP and is in the process of completing her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

About Rachel

Rachel joined Fosters in July 2011 as a trainee solicitor after completing her Degree in Law and Spanish at the University of Sheffield and spending her third year studying at the University of Valencia in Spain. Rachel undertook the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London and passed with Distinction. She joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department in July 2013 and qualified into the department as a solicitor in 2014. In December 2015 Rachel was delighted to be awarded recognition as a Senior Associate of the firm.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her little boy, family, and friends. She also enjoys running and long-distance walking. Rachel has a keen interest in languages and was raised bilingually by her parents; speaking both English and Italian. She later studied both Spanish and French.
