Trainee Solicitor Programme

We are now accepting applications for our trainee recruitment programme commencing in Autumn 2026.

Our training programme sees successful candidates gain valuable, hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious work throughout the full-service practice.

At Fosters Solicitors, our training programme focuses on the professional development of capable and stand-out lawyers that can help us grow and develop the business.

The closing date for applications is 28th June 2024 and application is by CV and covering letter. Your letter is an opportunity to give us some real insight into who you are and why you believe you are the right person for us.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment day at the firm’s Norwich office in August 2024. Priority will be afforded to candidates who successfully complete a Summer Vacation Scheme placement at the firm. We take an open-minded approach to recruitment at the firm, but we are invariably looking for strong candidates with robust academic records (minimum 2:1 or equivalent at degree level) and able to demonstrate a commitment to the firm.
