During opening hours our Live Chat service is also operational and can be found by clicking on the ‘Live Chat’ tab on our turquoise footer, or by using the designated pop up window.

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public bank holidays).

Our main switchboards are also open between 9am to 5pm and connect to an answerphone at other times. Emergency numbers are given out of hours.

All three of our office branches are open to clients and visitors for in-person appointments. If you prefer we can also offer phone or online video meetings via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime, as well as other recognised formats.

We want to make your visit or contact with us as comfortable as possible, so please do let us know your preferred method of communication, and if you have any accessibility requirements.
