Client Service update: Open to support you

In light of the Government’s local restriction measures which commence today, we want to reassure you that all of our practice areas remain open and available to provide legal advice and support at this time.

If you are an existing client please contact your lawyer in the usual way, they remain available via email or phone – and are able to arrange video-call appointments and pre-booked office appointments.

If you would like to make a new enquiry about any of our legal services please call our switchboard on 01603 620508.

With the second national lockdown now ended, both Norfolk and Suffolk have entered the Tier 2 measures – for more information on what the rules are please visit GOV.UK.

Our branch receptions at Norwich, Wymondham and Lowestoft will remain closed to walk-in visitors during these measures – and we politely ask that you only visit our offices if you have made a pre-booked appointment.

To help facilitate and fulfil legal obligations we are still able to arrange some in-person pre-booked appointments. To discuss whether this is possible please get in touch with your Fosters’ lawyer directly or contact us on the switchboard information above.

If we are not able to organise a physical appointment, or your preference is to engage with us remotely, our legal teams are fully accessible by phone or video appointment.

With our reception areas closed, we ask that if you would like to make a delivery or drop-off documents please use the letterboxes located at each branch, or if you wish to make a large delivery please contact the relevant branch office switchboards for further help.
