David Gabell achieves AvMA Clinical Negligence Specialist Panel Accrediation

David’s accreditation means those who have been unfortunate enough to sustain injury due to medical error can obtain specialist advice at Fosters’ offices, although David is equally happy to see clients at home or in hospital.

David has experience in all areas of this diverse and complex field including brain injury at birth, delayed diagnosis, loss of sight, surgical errors and loss of fertility. He also acts in claims against GPs and dentists as well as second tier providers such as Osteopaths and Chiropractors whilst Fosters’ Inquest Team represents families whose loved ones have died as a result of medical failings.

On achieving AvMA accreditation David said: “Since my first day as a trainee solicitor, AvMA have been an incredibly important part of the work I do.
