Fosters Awarded for Legal Excellence
Fosters Solicitors LLP are delighted to confirm we have accomplished the necessary criteria to pass our annual audit and achieve our Lexcel accreditation for another year, an award we have been proud to hold since 2014.
Lexcel stands for Legal Excellence and is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for practice management and client care. The audit requires the firm to be judged in seven areas, which are: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, file and case management.
Speaking about the news, Fosters’ Practice Director Andrea Spooner said: “We’re thrilled to have received our Lexcel Accreditation with such positive feedback, especially when the auditing process took place during lockdown restrictions. Staff from across our branches have been interviewed and case files and central working documents have been reviewed to independently assess our service delivery and regulatory compliance.
“Meeting and exceeding client expectations is hugely important to us – and to hear that we have been able to achieve such high quality feedback from both our clients and staff during a challenging time for everyone, makes us very proud and is a testament to all the wonderful people we have here at Fosters.”
