Fosters awarded Lexcel accreditation

We are delighted to be able to confirm that Fosters has passed its annual Lexcel assessment for another year.

Since 2014 the firm has been annually audited and has successfully met all the requirements of The Law Society’s nationally accredited award of excellence in legal practice.

Lexcel is the legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management – and we are pleased to say we have passed again with no areas of non-compliance and feedback from the assessment confirming that “despite the current difficulties and challenges, the practice should be highly commended for again achieving an extremely high level of compliance against the Lexcel Standard”.

Commenting on the news Fosters’ Practice Director, Andrea Spooner, said: “We are thrilled to have received confirmation again of our Lexcel accreditation, and also that we have been commended for our high levels of compliance.

“This is hugely important to us – and to also hear that compliance remains a well embedded part of our culture, reflects so highly on all our staff here at Fosters, who’ve worked so tirelessly throughout this challenging year to maintain our commitment to client care and case management.

“Of course there are, and always should be areas we can improve upon, and the further suggestions we’ve received to continue our strive for best practice are ones we’ll be reviewing and taking on board.”
