Fosters joins the legal panel of national charity RoadPeace

We are delighted to confirm an exciting new partnership with national charity RoadPeace.

Fosters is the first firm from the Eastern region to be joining the RoadPeace legal panel, with the joint aim of supporting road traffic accident victims with compassion and access to justice.

Formed in 1992, RoadPeace provides information and support services to those bereaved or seriously injured in road crashes, as well as campaigning for justice for victims and ways of reducing road danger.

Our Personal Injury team have over 60 years combined professional experience in this practice area, and have successfully represented and supported many clients who have suffered life-changing injuries or tragically lost loved ones as a result of a road traffic incident.

By joining the RoadPeace panel our team will be adding its experience to helping those the charity supports.

Head of Personal Injury at Fosters Steve Green explains: “This partnership is a great opportunity for us to work with an established and highly-regarded national charity with vast experience in working with those involved in road accidents. We really hope we can use our case experience to assist RoadPeace with their aims and values, to practically support victims, as well as in supporting their campaign work.”

This membership will also extend the number of relationships Fosters has with charitable and campaign organisations, with our Associates panel members of both Headway Norfolk and Headway Suffolk, as well as being accredited with the Spinal Injuries Association, Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Our Deputy Head of Personal Injury Barry Grogan added: “I am really looking forward to working with RoadPeace and helping those it supports.

“Our aim is always to provide compassionate legal support to those who have found themselves seriously injured, as well as their families. Partnering with RoadPeace will not only allow them to utilise our expertise, but help provide additional benefits to our clients in terms of access to experienced support and advice, which can be hugely beneficial in aiding their recovery and them moving on with their lives.”
