Fosters Solicitors announce new Partner

We are delighted to confirm that our Head of Medical Negligence & Inquests, David Gabell has become a new Partner of the firm.

David, who joined Fosters Solicitors in 2018, has positively driven and grown the firm’s service offering in this specialised area.  With over a decade of experience in clinical negligence, he is also an AvMA accredited panel specialist and recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by The Legal 500 UK.

Commenting on the news, David said: “I have felt at home at Fosters from the moment I joined the firm five years ago, and it’s been a fantastic journey ever since. I have been given the all the encouragement, inspiration and support I could wish for.
