Fosters Solicitors awarded national quality standards

Fosters Solicitors has again been highly commended for its commitment to client care and practice management, having passed an audit and been reaccredited in both Lexcel and the Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE).

Lexcel, is The Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care and compliance and sets the standard for a number of areas of practice management.

CSE is a Cabinet Office-endorsed accreditation which tests organisations in areas which customers indicate are most important to them – specifically around delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude.

Having completed a full independent audit, which involves analysing firm systems and practices, reviewing file management and interviewing both staff and clients – Fosters Solicitors has again successfully been awarded both national standards for another year.

Commenting on the news, Fosters Solicitors’ Chief Executive, Chris Brown said: “We are hugely proud of our team who have yet again demonstrated such high levels of client commitment and working standards as to help the firm achieve another highly commended assessment and secure the Lexcel and CSE accreditations for another year.

“Year on year we are exceeding the legal service sector’s best practice standards and combining this with the superb client testimonials we have received, we are delighted with what has been achieved and what we have in place to follow in the future.”
