Fosters Solicitors convert to LLP

We are pleased to announce that as of 1st May 2018, Fosters Solicitors has converted to a limited liability partnership (LLP) status under English law.

Conversion to LLP allows us to enhance our corporate structure and comes at an exciting time for the firm as we continue to focus on the goals of our business and marketing plan.

Chris Brown, Chief Executive commented on the conversion: “As one of the oldest law firms in the UK, we are proud of the fact that for centuries we have traded as a partnership.

“As Fosters continues to grow and thrive we need to select the best model to deliver the continued levels of service for our clients. We believe our new structure ensures we can carry on providing those high standards of service, but with the opportunities that a modern forward thinking business model presents.”

This change does not affect day to day dealings with Fosters, nor does it affect the delivery or quality of service provided. This is a technical change to the provision of our services but will not affect the way in which we provide them.
