Fosters Solicitors recognised for commitment to national quality mark

Fosters Solicitors has successfully achieved the Cabinet Office-endorsed Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE) for a third consecutive year.

The quality mark requires the firm to be assessed against certain criteria, which scrutinises our focus on the needs and preferences of our clients. This year’s assessor identified several ‘compliance plus’ elements in their report, noting that: “It is very clear the practice has put in a significant degree of work into continuing with CSE which included the development of both the Management and Staff Charters, staff consultation to agree culture and value phrases, vision, and mission statements, strategic and financial plans.”

The achievement of the mark reinforces Fosters commitment to client care, which Chief Executive Chris Brown explains: “We were really pleased to see that several of the initiatives we have been working on this year, relating to improving our client journey, have been highlighted in this year’s CSE audit.

This includes our real-time feedback platform, which enables us to obtain hugely valuable information from our clients during the early stages of their matter. This gives us an opportunity not only to improve our services and systems, but learn more about the needs of our clients and ultimately improve what we do. We are delighted that this and the hard-work of our teams has been positively recognised through us receiving this national accreditation.”
