Fosters Solicitors secures Lexcel accreditation

We are delighted to confirm that Fosters Solicitors has successfully completed its annual audit and been awarded Lexcel accreditation for another year.

The firm has held The Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management consecutively since 2014.

The audit assesses the firm against a variety of standards for structure and strategy, management of risk, people, finances and information, file and case management, and the way it looks after its clients. For the second year in a row, the firm has passed without a single non-compliance issue.

Commenting on the news, Fosters Solicitors’ Practice Director Andrea Spooner said: “We are thrilled to have received our Lexcel re-accreditation for another year, and congratulations needs to go to everyone across the whole firm, all of whom have contributed to another successful audit with no non-compliance issues raised.

“We’re enormously proud of our team in achieving this, however, we do not wish to be complacent and this annual process helps keep us on our toes. It provides us with valuable feedback from both our clients and staff about our systems and processes, to help keep them fresh in our minds and most importantly open to review and improvement.”
