Fosters Solicitors welcomes new litigation partner

We are delighted to announce that commercial and insolvency litigation specialist, Simon Loome, has joined the firm’s partnership.

Having spent his career in London and across East Anglia, Simon arrives at Fosters Solicitors with over 25 years’ experience in his field, with a long-standing success rate in commercial claims for and against business clients, shareholder disputes, director defence work, and claims brought under the Insolvency Act 1986.
