Fosters to attend Norwich Leaseholders Association meeting

Our Senior Associate and property litigation specialist, Gurpal Singh, has been invited to speak at the general meeting of the Norwich Leaseholders Association (NLA) on Wednesday 20th July (7.30pm).

The NLA is a voluntary organisation run by leaseholders, that offers free support to those who lease residential properties from the Norwich City Council. Gurpal will be talking to the leaseholders present about residential service charges – what they are, their liability to pay and how they can challenge.

The free event is open to all leaseholders, and is being held at the Chapel Field Road Methodist Church in Norwich. Rebecca Clarke, who is a second year trainee solicitor in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, will also be attending the meeting with Gurpal.

If you are interested in attending the event, you can contact the NLA directly via their website.

Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team are experts in a wide range of residential and commercial property litigation, and regularly support agents, leaseholders and landlords through various legal and regulatory issues.
