Fosters welcomes clinical negligence specialist to firm

David is a Legal 500 recommended solicitor, recognised as a Next Generation Leading Individual in claimant clinical negligence law. He has experience in a broad range of clinical claims including surgical negligence; delay in diagnosis/misdiagnosis; improper prescription of medication; iatrogenic injury; failure to refer/investigate/treat; obstetric birth injuries (injuries to the mother); birth injuries (injuries to the child); psychiatric injury; and fertility claims.
