Fosters welcomes new Head of Corporate

Josh joins us having built up many years of experience in London-based firms, advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholders’ and investment agreements – as well as general corporate advisory work.
