Fosters Welcomes New Solicitor Gurpal Singh

We are delighted to confirm the appointment of senior solicitor Gurpal Singh, who has joined us here at Fosters as an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department and who will be based at our Norwich office.

Gurpal arrives with 13 years of litigation experience – specialising in property litigation, having most recently worked in a niche property litigation firm in Hertford, and prior to that, other Legal 500 firms.

He acts for private individuals, corporate bodies as well as landlords and their agents and his areas of expertise include, resolving disputes relating to service charge and administrative charge arrears, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, nuisance and easements.

Gurpal is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Commercial Litigation Association.
