How Duncan can help you
Duncan has experience of Group Legal Actions, including advising large groups of employees being made redundant, at the same time, by the same employer. He has acted for numerous clients whose legal fees have been paid by their Legal Expenses Insurers.
He qualified as a solicitor in September 1999 and joined Fosters Solicitors in March 2024. He has worked at law firms across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, and spent time in London, acting in high-value catastrophic injury claims, as well as advising European clients on Employment Law.
His style is to be upfront with clients and is a firm-believer in straight-talking. He really enjoys building a rapport with clients, and getting to know the workings of his commercial clients’ businesses so that he can create a close working and effective relationship with them.
He has been an employer and has friends and family with their own businesses. So, he appreciates, first hand, the demands, frustrations and risks of running a business and employing people. He enjoys advising employers on how to reduce their risk/exposure to legal disputes.

He is married and spends most of his free time with his two young daughters. He enjoys ‘all things cinema’, including World War II films and ‘low-rent’ zombie dramas!
